The functional design of the new industrial complex provides optimal conditions for all production and administrative processes of caravan and motorhome production.
Project basis and goals
The ADRIA MOBIL complex is a modern industrial complex with all the necessary infrastructure for the production of bodywork and interior elements of caravans and motorhomes.
In 2005, the production was moved from the location next to the Revoz Novo mesto industrial complex to a new location in Češča vas near Novo mesto.
Project solutions
All the necessary facilities, with which Adria Mobil d.o.o. ensures the integrity of its activity: industrial facility, administrative building and other accompanying facilities (gatehouse, canopy over entrance control, canopy for loading and storage of dangerous substances), are functionally arranged at the location.
All the necessary traffic connections, parking lots and storage plateaus for of finished products have also been designed and implemented, as well as connections to infrastructure networks for municipal equipment in the area and also landscaped green areas, which ensures a high-quality working environment.

The services of IBE d.d. in addition to the creation of the entire project and technical documentation with all administrative procedures, also included expert technical assistance and consulting in the selection of the main contractor.
