General
The beginnings of the first large projects in the field of industry date back to the 1960s, when, parallel to the development of industrialization in this part of Europe, we also started within the company to develop this rapidly growing market segment. Today, industry represents one of the most important segments of IBE's activities, and the pharmaceutical industry occupies a special place within. In close cooperation with the providers of technological solutions, we plan modern project solutions in the areas of production and isolation of active ingredients, production of all forms of medicines and provision of all auxiliary energy and other infrastructure.
Challenges and specifics
Due to constant adaptation to market challenges, companies from the pharmaceutical industry must constantly develop new products that will be interesting on a global scale. Thus, the investment cycle in the pharmaceutical industry is short, which is also reflected in the short deadlines for investment development, design and construction itself. Regardless of the high dynamics of investment in this industry, which is usually based on development and new technologies, the key framework in the planning of the facility is the management of investment costs.
